2. What Type of Information We Collect

The server on which the Website is located collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by web server software. 3. Information Collection for Job Posting/Searching

We collect your email address for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, notifying you of candidates that may be of interest to you, following-up on a specific referral or application, etc.

For hiring members: By approving and launching a job, you are authorizing Kremple Consulting Group to communicate job related information to members and outside resources for the purpose of filling your job. If you choose to keep your company name confidential, Kremple Consulting Group will not disclose this information in its communications.

Kremple Consulting Group may disclose information about its members if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

Kremple Consulting Group may also disclose information about its members to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Member Agreement, respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Kremple Consulting Group, its users or the general public.

If we are alerted to something we deem inappropriate in any way, we may delete it at our discretion. We use email validation on most of our message boards in order to reduce “comment spam.” These email addresses will not be shared with any third party.
